TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

Any bookings made without payment being made upon entry will be collected (cash) on the day of the competition. Fees will be demanded through the home club of any competitor simply failing to appear.

On the Day

Please report to an RGU Official on arrival at the golf club of the competition no later than 15 minutes prior to your tee time.

Dress Code

Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted - denims, football / rugby tops, etc. Spikes may be worn.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by contacting the RGU Secretary on 01505-343872. If you cancel your booking a refund will be made by cheque. Failure to cancel your booking – no refund will be available.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed, e.g. bad weather, where possible the competition will be rescheduled. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be issued.
