Renfrewshire Golf Union has a total of 23 clubs within its region from the trio of Gourock, Greenock and Greenock Whinhill in the extreme west through to Bonnyton, Eastwood, East Renfrewshire, Mearns Castle and Williamwood in the east of the county.
